Avoiding weak IDEA keys?

At the CRYPTO '93 there was a presentation about weak
IDEA keys (page 224 of the proceedings). 

Does anybody know about IDEA implementations considering this
and trying to avoid weak keys, e.g. by using the modified key
schedule?
