I like the April 1 part of this.
As of 1 April 1999, new security guidelines require that all password
controlled portions of this web site use 128 bit encryption. This will require,
if you generate TMCRs or TMSRs, to update your browser to one that is
enabled for 128 bit encryption. We recommend accessing the Netscape web
site (click here) and downloading their latest version. Be sure that it is 128
bit encryption enabled!
