Hi,
Anyone know of a archive other than www.inet-one.com which has coverage for,
10-10-96 to 05-01-97
This is the period in question regarding the establishment of the CDR and
the relevant traffic. It had to occur no later than 05-08-97 since this is
the first piece where I use SSZ and not toad (there's also a note shortly after
from Tim complaining about dropped traffic and his switch from one CDR node
to another along with some suggestions on improvements to the CDR).
As to who implimented the moderation and cypherpunks-unedited (which doesn't
appear anywhere in the inet-one.com archive at all) as well as the note
about the termination date for the toad.com list I've reviewed my notes and
thought some more about it. It's possible that it was John Gilmore who
actualy did the filtering and sent the notice of termination. Without the
above period it's anyones guess/claim.
After spending several hours on this archive today I'd mark it as useful but
clearly incomplete (and that doesn't mean just the above 6.5 month period).
