We offer the plea bargain CJ rejected and the superceding

(anonymous re-mailers, PGP keys, encryption)."
Note "PGP keys" as separable from "encryption." Wonder
what the AUSA thought he was threatening our PGP Keymaster
with -- being too unGAKable?
