What's the point of using the correct salad fork in a barroom brawl? No,
the point in Kosovo is western assimilation of its RICH natural
resources; coal, gold, silver, zinc, lead, etc., etc. The Serbs, as a
nation and a people, refused to just sign it over (Rambouillet calls for
*reallocation* of government assets, i.e. natural resources), and are
now engaged in a futile fight to retain it. No amount of finesse, table
manners or OFFering will change their mind, and so the brawl begins.

Kosovo will become a NATO protectorate, vis-á-vis autonomy. Western
corporate interests will assume the mines as payment for war debt.
Kosovar Albanians will go home to eek out a subsubsistence living as
miners for the new robber barons, they were suckered into signing the
agreement.

Sure, finesse is fine, and is practiced as a subtle and refined art in
certain circles. But NATO's aim now is to inflict massive and enduring
debt. We expect to receive Kosovo as payment immediately, any delay and
additional charges may be added. Comrade Milosevic will do what he can
to keep Serbia from disappearing into history, but Manifest Destiny has
a new/same old direction.

Russia can do nothing, they are owned by us too.

"We shall not make Britain's mistake. Too wise to try to govern the
world, we shall merely own it. Nothing can stop us."
-N.B.: from America Conquers Britain by Ludwell Denny, as quoted from
Nothing Can Stop Us by Robert Wyatt.
