Greetings,
Today on official news [PANORAMA] there was information that Russian
volunteers were passing through Warsaw to go to Kosovo. Some referred
to these as rumors. There were pictures of Russians in some building
with some bureaucrats. There was also shown some guy at a telephone
'receiving' instructions from supposedly Russia... this was part of a
tape were a some russian was talking saying something to the effect,
"Go to Warsaw, to Yugoslavian embassy, and report there for further
instructions."
A reporter from PANORAMA interviewed the Yugoslavian ambassador to
Poland, and he denied it. There was also someone from the Polish
govt., forgot who it was... maybe the prime minister, or the minister
of foreign affairs... got it... Jerzy Buzek, and he said that he
didn't know also, however he said that such action was illegal by
Polish and International Law".
Isn't it great when politicians don't have to tell the Truth, The
Whole Truth, and Nothing But The Truth? Sort of makes me feel like i
was shifted back to 'good old' USSR... :- )
Salut.
