300-page "Report of Investigation" on CJ and
Cypherpunks, from April to December, 1998:

As noted a few days ago, it's a pretty good IRS-Reader's
Digest ver of Cyphernomicom, with tax kiss&club of
list members for sharing tips and tricks of the cypher
nefarium.
Based on the list of exhibits not in the package there may be
even wild-hairier revelations, but require a show trial to see.
Bear in mind that this stuff showed up in the mail, and
slant-eye it accordingly, as with other fanciful list postings.
What's been confected since December by Jeff and
Justice, why churning indictments for grand jury porno.
