"What SOME in Japan did is get detailed description of ALL of the Labs
CRADA projects. Then published them in the report.
They used a UNM professor and some graduate students to collect the
information.
But there was no reciprocal Japan information published in the report.
Only maps of Kansai and Tsukuba science cities.
