Aside from his face, if anyone is offering a reward for the UGLIEST
necktie... What a doofus! The guy shows up at the Wake County
Sherriff's Office to register as a sex offender and to get his
mugshot taken wearing that hideous thing around his neck!

Glad you could put it to good use. If Burnore claims it's not his
photo, then he can't claim "copyright violation". I'm still curious
to know where the black & white version came from. I'm guessing
that someone printed out the web page on a laser printer, then
scanned the photo back in after Gary got the web page yanked on a
technicality and an on-line version was no longer available.
Unfortunately for himself, Burnore was not fast enough and at least
one of us downloaded and saved the photo from the site.
