	Only problem is that decent voice compression takes about
50-100 Mips more or less (compressing is a lot worse than decompressing)
and one would probably notice that kind of cpu load, even on W98...

	Probably running in VOX mode with much less compression could
do almost the same thing with long intervals of silence/room noise
deleted...
