I was wondering if anyone had ,or knew where, to get a whitepaper or
other technical details about the Cayley-Purser Algorithm. It is the
algorithm that was developed by the 16 year old Irish Girl. Ya, the one
thats as strong as RSA (in theory at least), yet %22 faster, and based
on matrices.
All of the new's articles on it are VERY vague. Someone told me that
she was patenting it, which is why I have yet to find any technical
spec's on it, but I'm always hoping that she's not.
