Of course, one can always just do ppp or ssh over ssl. Presumably most
firewalls are configured to allow ssl outgoing, otherwise they're not
particularly useful.
Finally, we won't need trojan horses to open up tunnels through other
people's firewalls, we'll just need to create interesting content running
on non-standard ports, then sell a cheap service to do the tunnel routing.
