Per a recent email from Jeff Gordon, I'm still supposed to `be on standby'
if they need me to fly out to Tacoma, but they now think it's unlikely.
Is this kind of flakiness common in Federal criminal cases? (Or is this
just part of a conspiracy to ruin my spring break? :)
