Washington Post article on the 4th US District Appeals Court in
Richmond, Va. ruling that allows admission of "voluntary" confession of
suspect who was never advised of his right to remain silent.
The surprise is that Congress has passed a law overruling the Supreme
Court's 1966 Miranda decision, in 1968!
