This is privileged information.
The shrink's 12-4-98 report on CJ states about Jim
Bell and CJ at Springfield at the same time:
"Largely because the individual [Jim Bell] on whose
behalf the defendant [CJ] supposedly made the alleged
threats comprising the instant offense conduct was also
present at the facility for an evaluation, and we did not
wish the two to be comparing notes, the defendant
remained on locked status for nearly his entire stay."
Jeff Gordon provided: "documents mentioned
specifically in the criminal complaint, plus a lengthy
collection of other writings by the defendant and writings
by other individuals concerning the 'cypherpunks' group."
Jeff sent CJ's letters to "Declan" and Alia's letter on
CJ of November 16, including her dissing the shrink
-- which seems to have hurt his feelings.
Conclusion of the 38-page doc: CJ's fit for trial -- after
3 months of "evaluation," a month to write the report,
2 more months of "preparation," and another month,
at least, until trial.
Right to a speedy trial, right?
Harassment's on at Seatac due to CJ saying no to
a plea.
