Hi,

I have had problems with adding public keys generated by a certain version
of PGP to my ring. PGP for Personal Privacy 5.5.5 public keys cannot be
added to PGP 5.0i or PGP 2.6.2 for UNIX. Anybody else have this problem?
I have tried with PGP 5.0i on numerous platforms, namely Solaris 2.4 and
2.5.1, RedHat 5.0, 5.2, FreeBSD 3.0 and 4.0, and have not been able to add
any PGP for PerPriv 5.5.5 public keys at all. I have asked several other
people to try, using a variety of personal rings, and several 5.5.5 public
keys, and have gotten the same results.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ken Williams
