Zimbabwe and Mongolia had their "RSA is free for all uses!" parties two 
decades ago -- the RSA algorithm is patented in the USA because one may
file up until a year after publication.  In most other places prior
publication means one loses the right to file.

Of course, if cypherpunks in Zimbabwe, Mongolia and Burkina Faso want to
join in celebrating the event (at which I intend a congratulatory toast
to RS&A for coming up with an algorithm which is still useful and important
enough to celebrate two decades later) -- welcome to the party.
