They're going to have a real fun case when they find a tourist
who 1. has religious reasons for avoiding needles 2. did
not agree to give blood when they got their license 3. are exercising
their right to travel and the interstate recognition of drivers licenses.
One can only hope the pigs involved contract a fun disease from it...
