It certainly has the potential to take off -- SAFE-Audit, an established online advertising company, is behind it. I sent an email about it to someone at the company, asking whether it would be open-source and non-export-weakened and viciously arguing that both answers should be "yes." I was expecting that it would be GAKed or 56-bit, but it apparently hails from the cryptographically-free world (offshore somewhere) and thus can use full-blast algos. This guy was apparently into the business side, not the crypto; half because of that and half due to my prolixity, I didn't find out whether it was closed-source (meaning it could have a bad RNG or other leaky features) and didn't get a very clear response on its trust scheme. I also forgot to ask about interoperation with other products.
