When does the comic reveal Castro's ace in the hole? Russia removed the
missiles but forgot to take back some warheads.
This brings up an interesting question. What are the provisions for
dealing with a MAJOR security breach? Mid East operatives, deep and
unteathered, suddenly find their identities revealed world wide. Or maybe
the flip side... Lowly bureaucrats in the foreign service are fictitiously
bestowed with status undeserving and certainly unwanted. Can any cases be
cited?
