Maybe of interest for you:
http://www.kolej.mff.cuni.cz/~eternity

We are working towards our own deisgn and implementaion of system
similar to original proposals by Ross Anderson.
The site is a little strange mixture of pages written both in Czech
and English, but the most important documents describing our design
and basic ideas are written in English - see section "Our docs".

A new version of proposal is about to be finished. The informal part
will be available within several weeks, formal specification of main
parts will follow.

Our system uses some cryptography techniques to strengthen resistence
against various attacks and to achieve better protection of stored
data. You should take into account that we study the extreme limits
of data protection rather than "industry application".
