This dirtbag spammer (redundant, no?) is getting his feed downstream
of Cable & Wireless, who have recently acquired a probationary
white-hat for nuking spammers. Since all of their downstream have to
meet C&W's AUP, this should be an easy one to toast.
Cable & Wireless: your downstream is hosting this network abuser,
trespasser and thief - please ensure that the node at 204.71.176.71
times out on connection requests ASAP.
Internet Systems: please abide by C&W's AUP which prohibits spamming
and ensure that Free Yellow nukes these criminals.
Free Yellow: please convert 204.71.176.71 into a night-glowing
smoking crater with a 20Kyear half-life. No honest business does
business with spammer-thieves.
