Actually, I've found that actually *talking* to John is not a problem. :-).
(...and, of course, John's writing is less writing than it is a koan,
revealing itself in one blinding flash of insight, sometimes late at night
in the middle of sound sleep, sometimes after a rap on the head with a
large stick.)

(or maybe the Mr. Young is simply the earthly avatar of a Vorlon?)
