Morales and I met for lunch.
Morales showed me a ruling of judge LeRoy Hansen.
Sandia had moved to sanction Morales for $2,9xx for a motion
Morales filed.
Hansen denied Morales motion but DENIED Sandias motion for sanctions.
Morales believe that nmol.com/users/billp made the difference.
Morales pointed out that Hansen never "cut him any slack" [Morales's
words] before.
Let's hope.
And let's hope for settlement before things get WORSE.
