Speaking of the AES CD: Has anybody outside of the US gotten the AES CD2 which
they say you can get if you fill out a form and mail it to them?
I'm a bit reluctant to do that because I can't imagine they would apply for an
export license just for shipping that CD to nationals of foreign countries.
An ISO image of the CD would be much better but I guess nobody has that for
download huh?
