Court TV should be alerted. In court all attention is on the purple
cloth bag containing evidence of the assault. The prosecutor applies
green latex gloves as prophylactic protection. The bag's drawstring is
loosened, muffled laughing is heard. The evidence is slowly removed and
held up... Dentures!
Having been forensically matched to the wounds inflicted (just after or
before the defendant proclaimed his infectious status is important here,
a threat implies prior notice as opposed to reflexive self defense) on
the federal agent, the defendant is asked to place the dentures in his
mouth. The defendant denies the request saying, "I know where my mouth
has been, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna put those choppers in there.
For all I know the agent might be infectious."
Nonetheless, medical records tie the teeth to the defendant. Presence or
lack of infection may or may not have bearing on threatening to use
deadly force. If you use a gun to threaten someone, does it matter if it
has bullets or not?
Anyway, what? Oh yea, CJ. I'd forgotten about him. I think he should be
represented. The government's spending a lot of money on his ass. And
what's this shit about Israeli intelligence involved in the Clinton -
Lewinski affair? ; )
