In response to Kent's Querry to the list OTA will be advising Congress
with a full fledged REPORT (200 page book?)......official release not
likely until WELL into next year!
I agree that governance issues of how the 400 megabucks will be spent are
very critical..... I have querries out that will hopefully get me better
informed on the federal networking council which seems to be the current
defacto governing entity.
