hi david, i reserved the upper and lower atrium in the weisner building for
lunch on saturday 12-2
E51 was becoming a logistic nightmare because we were having to shoehorn
people into different hallways and i was worried about conflict with the
math reunion.
another incidental advantage is that people can browse the list gallery
which will be open on saturday p.m.
weve also confirmed the bartos reservations for sunday. ( we still have
bartos and the lower atrium all day friday, saturday and sunday).
im still wondering if we might not want to have registration in bartos
friday 1-2 but thats up to you.
so i just need to locate the panels in the individal E51 rooms and we will
be all set i think.
ill have this done by tomorrow afternoon and send the info to you and mary.
let me know if there are any problems with this.
