Hello,
We are trying to update the Orientation Website. It currently in a
shameful state. We thought that it would be good to have event
desriptions and volunteer descriptions. Therefore can you please provide
us with a decription to your event, a volunteer description, the number of
volunteers needed, and a picture of you. The number of volunteers needed
is specified on the coordinator information we gave out earlier. If you
already have volunteers can you please provide me with their email
addresses. Can you also please provide a picture of yourself if you
haven't already done so. We don't want to have to hunt people down and
ambush them for a picture..hee hee.
