3. Greg and Jonathon were delegated as a subcommittee to DTRT on disk
partitioning.
4. We agreed to ponder the issue of SGI inst/golden
disk/etc. construction. specifically, there are packages such as java
and vrml which people would like to add, but using inst/lockers seems
complex (since inst "expects" to be able to modify the local disk).
This is part of the continuing support issue of how to handle new
packages after we have "built a golden disk".
