Scheduling question for Andrew Patches.

As so often is the case, the vendor timing is not a good match for our timing.

I have just heard of a patch release to Andrew 6.2.
This patch release contains stuff that I got early along with one
significant internal change: The parsers inside all the tools such as eq
changed from yacc to a particular version of gnu bison.

It is possible that this change has no user visible effect.

My question is: When should we schedule testing this?
Would it be better to stuff it into the athena build and use the
friendly testing period to sanity check it?
Or will we just do what we always do: Let Bill Cattey run it for 6 months
and use that as the testing? (Caveat: I almost never use eq.)

I have no strong feelings that we should either take or not take this patch.
I am looking to this group for guidance. What testing resource do we have?
How do we want to use them?
