At a recent Release Team meeting, we scoped out a schedule for rolling
out patch 1268 in the Spring Break timeframe to cope with the Applixware
Panic bug.

It turns out that a newer, bigger jumbo patch, 1489 is scheduled to be
delivered by the end of February that not only fixes that and other bugs
but alleges to work around the hardware bug that killed Andrew Messages
for me.

Is there a problem with scheduling a rollout with 1489 instead of 1278?

How soon do we have to have 1489 in hand before we decide we can go live
with it? I have a beta of the patch now.
