I personally do not have strong feelings about the issue.  If it's a lot
of work, I wouldn't argue strongly.  However, if it's fairly easy to do,
it would make it easier to identify test workstations in things like
hotline problems or olc questions.

I think they should point to the staff-sys packs.  I don't think that we
want to subject public machines to the first round of testing, and so
wouldn't want to point them at beta-sys.

It wouldn't hurt.  How many 133s are there in W20?  Can we make one of
them a test machine without inconveniencing too many people?  If there's
a handful of 133s, I'd like to make one a test machine.
