I am not convinced of the utility of 100 Meg AFS cache's. First of all, I am
not sure where the cutoff for 'diminishing returns' is. Certainly I think
that the cache should be atlest 50 Meg, but I am nto sure 100 is useful.
Second this means that people's private files will be sitting around longer on
the local disks of public workstations. I think this should be thought about
too.
