In looking at the server log for the testing file, I can see that someone i=
s trying to use WebDirect but the user name you are using is incorrect.
The User Name and Password for the FM13 test file are the same. You need t=
o replace whatever is showing as the default user name with: fm13. It may=
be showing as "Admin" or it may show your own name in the User Name field.=
Change that to fm13 and then enter same for password.
