Linerva Transition
- Remaining issues:
-- SSL certificate issues -> connect to full-host-name.dialup.mit.edu if you need persistence
-- broken ISPs and Kerberos rdns -> don't use GSSAPI and/or await krb5 fixes
-- package installation lead times
-- package skew between Linerva and dialups
- Action Items:
-- jweiss will confirm that a policy of "maximum of 14 days between request for package installation and deployment on production dialups" is a reasonable
-- jdreed will coordinate with achernya and other maintainers for a transition schedule.

Updating of upstream tarballs
- jweiss will confirm whether Ops would like to grant the release engineer (me) access to upload to athena-dist or whether they would prefer a ticket for each new upstream tarball
