Hi,

Recently, it came to my attention that hesiod has been unloved, with an old=
version in Debian and the version in Fedora carrying various patches, and =
Evan Broder's modifications never made it anywhere.

As a result, I've taken hesiod, merged these changes, and made a tarball fo=
r a new release. The git repository can be found at https://github.com/ache=
rnya/hesiod; the tarball is at http://web.mit.edu/achernya/Public/hesiod-3.=
2.0.tar.gz and a sha256sum signed by my PGP key is available at http://web.=
mit.edu/achernya/Public/hesiod-3.2.0-CHECKSUM

I have tested this on Linux, OS X, Solaris, and FreeBSD. The 3.2.0 tarball =
incorrectly detects that -lresolv is not needed on OS X, but that is fixed =
on master.

Please review these changes before we ask for a tarball to be uploaded to a=
thena-dist.

Sincerely,
-Alex
