Out of 439 machines, 348 already upgraded, 19 are finishing up installs,
59 didn't upgrade (due to being off, or in use at the time), and 13
started the upgrade but failed due to network issues. So I think we need
to have the installer retry its network configuration. All of the
machines I encountered that claimed they didn't have network ended up
having it when I got there.
