Why can't we push this out as soon as finals are over / thesis deadline is 
over / etc. (so as not to unnecessarily panic anyone printing study 
materials or theses), and pull debathena-lprng for real in early^Wlate 
July^WAugust when we do the Precise cluster release? That still gives 
people two^Wthree months for the transition.
