Since I'm not sure I'll make it to the meeting tomorrow, I'll send my
comments here.
One of the concerns I have is that the current install setup has a lot
of hand tooling that must be re-done for each IRIX release. I worried
that your estimates for both install and update may be rather low, but
I haven't done this work, so I will defer to people who have. I'd
*really* like to see us reduce the quantity of hand-tooling involved
in this, we might be better off investing a little more time to come
up with a better approach.
