So r25361 doesn't work on Lucid, which means that any Lucid machines
running auto-update and not auto-upgrade (read: Lucid
debathena-workstation machines) are now sad. Since they're -workstation,
the recovery hook doesn't work on them.
Fixed in r25363 and uploaded to production, just in case, but it probably
didn't do any good.
