(Once I have this nailed down, I'll send it to debathena@)

So, now would be a good time to start thinking about this fall. One of the things IS&T (read: me) is going to do this semester is attempt to revive Athena minicourses during September. One of the courses I plan to offer is a "Technical Overview of Athena" course, to familiarize people with the basic techincal components, etc. It would be great if this could be close to a Debathena cluedump, and both of which could be followed a week or two later by a kickoff of Debathena Trainees. I think we have a bit more structure now from the sessions we did last year, so it can go more smoothly. None of this precludes any IAP offerings, but the first semester is an ideal time to attract frosh, who are (in theory) less hosed.

Thoughts?
