There's a Dell Optiplex 790 available for testing in E19-695N.

Some notes:
- The ethernet adapter is not supported in Lucid, so if we get the 790s, we _have_ to get Natty out the door or build our own e1000 driver (It's an Intel 82579LM Gigabit card, for which support was not added until Maverick).
- They got rid of the parallel port. We don't care for cluster machines, but people with private workstations might care.
- They brought back the PS/2 ports. I have no idea why (since they've been gone since the 745), but again private workstation owners might care.
- Unless our model was non-standard, Dell has stopped shipping VGA frobs for their display connectors. It's DVI or nothing. (I haven't tested whether older VGA frobs actually work or not, but this would be a good opportunity for us to start moving to DVI for all our machines (it's been supported since the GX620).
- The form factor appears to be similar to the 745, but rotated 90 degrees, so some anchor pad reconfiguration might be necessary.

-Jon
