machines logging " can't configure unconfigured packages"

I got tired of seeing a bunch of "can't configure unconfigured
packages" in the daily gazette. I've done a quick triage of
everything that syslogged that yesterday:
breakout needs someone to manually update debathena-auto-update, per
the PATH problem Jon sent mail about last week. Andrew, is this you?
The following machines appear to be suffering from the atpocalypse
(and while they are not official cluster machines, they are all
running debathena-cluster, and it's probably a good idea for hotline
to assist in fixing them):
caes-sun-2
caes-sun-6
cardparkathena
dew-ref-2
dke-athena-1
jupiter
medfd1
quickstation-w35-2
quickstation-50-1 is suffering from something that post-dates the
atpocalypse, and should eitehr be investigated by someone on
release-team, or re-installed.
saturn is running debathena-cluster on jaunty. I can't remember were
debathena-cluster machines that weren't official cluster machines
supposed to auto-re-install themselves to get to lucid? If so,
someone from relase-team may want to step in and help this machine
along.
Jon, if there are things here that need further discussion, can you
put them on the agenda for Friday?
