My plan was to make it automatic, not an option. (Updates don't
normally ask anyone for advice when they run, and since /bin/csh
really is /bin/athena/tcsh on Suns right now, it won't affect the
behavior of anyone's machine to replace /bin/csh with /bin/athena/tcsh
in /etc/passwd and /etc/passwd.local.)
