Folks;
  Just a heads up. We have experienced this problem in W20 and 12-182 and now 56-129. I've
had net-ops check the network in 12-182 where the problem started and it checked out OK.

There are still log in problems there. Also I've noticed that there are different version(.25 to .28) of the top
most option of the recovery we're using, does this make a different??

Hope this sheds some more light on the situation.
Cheers

Do you have a sense for how often this happens? It definitely seems like the fix is working on some machines. When this problem occurs, is it ok after rebooting it? Or is the machine now permanently broken?
