As just noted on 3-down, I'm planning a flag-day style upgrade for the
dialup from Jaunty to Lucid. Existing connections will not be
affected, but new connections will start going to Lucid machines at
around noon on Monday 1/10/11. If people desprately need a jaunty
machine, depricated.dialup.mit.edu will work for a few days or maybe
weeks if I'm feeling generous. That said I don't expect to be
graceful about desupporting it, so if you have to mention it to
someone, please be extremely clear that it is temporary, and not "what
they should be using instead".
