Thanks!  Part of my issue is that I have to coordinate these updates with the courses using the machines.  If they aren't ready to move by the beginning of a term, I "freeze" the machines and take the penalty for that decision.

Thanks again.  I'll speak with the faculty in charge of the courses involved to see if we can upgrade them over IAP.
