I've added geofft, lizdenys, and jhamrick to the "List of non-member
addresses whose postings should be automatically accepted."
I'm not clear what the original plan was for gatekeeping any postings (the
list of "hold" addresses looks ... strange), but if this change was not a
good idea, we can discuss at release-team.
