There was some confusion on Bruce's and my parts.  Basically:

	* On Solaris, /bin/csh has always been a symlink to
	  /bin/athena/tcsh.

	* On Irix, /bin/csh is the vendor csh.

Bruce noticed that .xsession files beginning with #!/bin/csh didn't
work on Irix.  I don't think we know exactly why this is, but he was
probably relying on some Athena tcsh features.  (In this case, it
should have failed under old Irix machines as well.)

Unless someone knows *exactly* what's going on, I recommend not
documenting this problem at all.  Having your own .xsession file is
not supported.  If we do document it, it should be along the lines of:

	.xsession files which begin with #!/bin/csh may fail on the
	SGIs.  The workaround is to change the first line to
	#!/bin/athena/tcsh
